South West Orlando (OCPS)
FHS Boys' Lacrosse is looking for an Assistant Coach. This Coach would work primarily at the JV level with the purpose of developing athleticism, teaching good stick work / shooting, and teaching our basic program philosophies so they would be prepared for the Varsity level. Playing and/or Coaching experience is required.
This Coach would also help on the sidelines of the Varsity games if they choose to.
This is a volunteer position.
We currently have 3 dedicated coaches and are looking for 1 or 2 more who LOVE the game and enjoy teaching it. We need coaches who really desire to bring this program to the next level. Our long term goals are to build the lacrosse community in South Orlando, and be a very competitive team at the District and State level.
