• Games consist of two 30 minute running halves with a 5 minute halftime.
• Each team will get 1 timeout per half.
• 6 Defensive Poles are allowed on the Field at one time.
• Top 2 Teams in each division will be eligible for the playoffs. Tie breakers will be decided by Goals scored.
